EL PARLAMENTARIO DE DERECHA DEFENDIÓ AL CUESTIONADO EDIL DE MARÍA ELENA EN UNA RECIENTE ENTREVISTA CONCEDIDA A NUESTRO PERIÓDICO

¿Qué le parece que el alcalde de esa comuna haya sido condenado por la entrega fraudulenta de permisos de conducir?
Me parece apresurado decir que ya ha sido condenado, porque aún hay recursos pendientes en tribunales. Pero, en todo caso, si así ocurriese en el futuro, creo que los que más pierden son las personas de María Elena, ya que él ha sido un buen alcalde.

¿Qué le parece que en esos hechos aparezcan involucrados concejales, supervisores de S.Q.M. y consejeros regionales?
Me parece mal, pero no hay que adelantar juicios. Ya se ha hecho antes y creo que todos nos acordamos qué resultado tuvieron luego las cosas.

¿No afecta la imagen de la UDI el hecho de que un alcalde de sus filas sea condenado por hechos de corrupción?

Naturalmente que es negativo, pero insisto, creo que no hay que adelantar juicios antes de que la sentencia esté ejecutoriada.
